We have tested UranyLess on deifferent ultrafine sections included in an epoxy resin: Epon or Epon-Araldite type, after an aldehyde – osmium double fixing.
The tissues are essentially mouses:
- Liver
- Adrenal gland (Cortical and medullary)
- Kidney
- Intestine
- Skeletal muscle
- Cardiac muscle
- Ovarian follicle
- Skin
- Cellular culture
And also:
- Drosophila larva
We will complete this list with other exemples of tissues also included in acrylic resin, Lowicryl type (LRWhite, HM20…) and in CryoInclusion way.
